File requirements for branded slots.
- Classic top glass: 15.25 inches tall by 20 inches wide, with frame coverage around the edge.
- Classic bottom glass: 9.5 inches tall by 20 inches wide, with frame coverage around the edge.
- Avoid borders or important outlines close to the frame; keep key content safely inside the visible area.
- Glass graphics should be supplied as a 300 DPI PDF with top and bottom graphics side-by-side in one file.
- Full-bleed colors or photo backgrounds work best; white backgrounds can look washed out when backlit.
- Reel icons should be JPEG files around 640 by 640 pixels, under 2 MB each when possible, with no tiny text.
- Icons should be named by position and prize level, such as small, medium, large, logo, bell, bar, or cherry.

Monster Slot Video
Top video can be MP4 H.264 at 1080 by 1080 pixels. The top screen can play a constant video or trigger winning videos for prize levels.
Mega Touch Portrait Video
Portrait screen content should be designed landscape and rotated left for the final display orientation. The PDF lists MP4 H.264 top-screen video and explains that the left side of the design becomes the top of the screen.

Prize programming
How winner pacing works.
- Slots can use six branded reel icons and up to six prize levels, or six icons with four common prize levels.
- A frequent tiny prize can cycle through several icons every few spins while larger prizes are controlled separately.
- Small, medium, and large prizes can win on fixed cycles, random cycles, or a mix of both.
- Teaser spins create near-miss excitement, such as two matching icons with the third just missing.
- Max wins per session can limit how many of each prize are distributed before reset.
- Winner text can appear above the reels, such as the specific item or prize level won.

Convention Delivery
Delivery, setup, and pickup are available for Las Vegas, Phoenix, and Tucson convention center locations, including LVCC, Venetian/Sands, Mandalay Bay, Caesars, Aria, MGM, and similar venues.
Material Handling
Freeman, GES, and venue material-handling charges are not included in the rental package. The PDF recommends checking the show guide for cartload or cart service.
Placement
Slots on stands are usually placed along walls, pillars, columns, against tables, or in front of backdrops. The floor should be solid, without carpet padding, under a roughly 2 foot by 2 foot footprint.
Classic Slot Size
Classic slots are approximately 2 feet wide, 2 feet long, and 6.5 feet tall on a stand. Weight is about 260 pounds, with additional crate weight for out-of-state shipping.
Power
A normal 110v 20 amp outlet can run up to two classic promotional slots. BlingOh uses 110v 5 amps; the money booth is listed at 110v 20 amps.
Turnaround
Once all graphics and files are received, the PDF estimates about a week to complete a demo video for review.
Insurance
Client general liability insurance should cover attendees using rental equipment. Booth staff should prevent climbing, liquid damage, cable hazards, or misuse.
Payment
Equipment is reserved with payment terms set during booking. Remaining balance is due by delivery or before the event depending on payment method.
POV pickup process
Important trade show release instructions.
At the end of the show, the exhibitor must go to the show service desk and submit a POV material handling form so the promotional slot machine, stand, and related pieces can be released for pickup. The PDF notes that the provider cannot complete this form for the exhibitor because the equipment is consigned to the booth. If the release is not submitted, the decorator may treat the equipment as booth property and ship it elsewhere at the exhibitor's cost.

- Authorize pickup by Paul Lyon or someone from Simply Magic Display Systems LLC.
- Submit the form to the Freeman, GES, or other service desk at show close.
